Pregnancy is a special time in your life but it can be a time with a lot of fear. With each bite of food you may wonder, is this safe for my baby? I can help you optimize your food choices so you are certain you are not only eating foods that won’t harm your baby but you are also focusing on the healthiest foods for your baby and you.
How it Works
Step 1: Free Phone Consultation
During our free 15 minute phonecall we will discuss a treatment plan, diet history and goals going forward. If it feels like the right fit we will make plans to begin our journey together.
Step 2: Schedule Your First Session
At the end of our consultation we will schedule your first 50 minute session.
Step 3: Support at Your Pace
Sessions are weekly, biweekly, or monthly, frequency is up to you! My goal is to create a plan together to serve you best. We will work at your pace.
